Well it looks like Joe will no longer be outnumbered...we are having a BOY!!! We are so excited but I still don't think it's hit me yet. What do you do with a boy?? Love him as much as you do a girl! Thank goodness for Holden baby, he has helped to prepare us for having a little guy.
We started off the month with one last beautiful weekend at the beach with some friends and their kids. The weather was perfect and the company was wonderful too. We've spent the rest of the month going to birthday parties, a wedding and Halloween parties.
Emilia was so excited about Halloween this year, I can't imagine what it's going to be like in a month from now with Christmas just around the corner...
She dressed up as the infamous, Ella. For those of you that don't know what or who "Ella" is, it's her favorite blanket in the whole world. It's a pink blanket with an elephant head. My mom found her an elephant costume and we sewed Ella's name on the front of it in pink. Emilia loved trick or treating and she even went into a haunted house in our neighborhood with Joe. I think it was a little much for her but she braved it out!
We are all trying to dodge the crazy Swine flu and hopefully Emilia and I will be able to get vaccinated next week. YAY!!
It's so beautiful here in NC at this time of year. For some reason the trees seem to be prettier this year than I can remember in the past couple of years. I love this time of year.
We hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving. We will be celebrating Thanksgiving island style this year with my family in Turks/Caicos. We are so excited!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving.
Love,
Les, Joe and Emilia
