The Mazzola's

We have had so much to be thankful for this past month! Throughout November we were able to spend lots of quality time with close friends and family.

We had a really nice dinner at Aunt Gin's at the beginning of November. It was so nice to see the Mazzola's and spend time together before Thanksgiving. The next weekend we had a pre-Thanksgiving feast with our Capex crew at the Jones'. Trent and Becca fried a delicious turkey and we all brought yummy sides to go with it. It was super fun and the kids all had a blast.

Then it was on to a week in paradise with my family for the week of Thanksgiving. We spent a week in the Turks and Caicos relaxing by the water, eating and laughing a lot. It was a much need vacation for all of us. As you can see from the pictures it's absolutely breathtaking there. Emilia even told us she did not want to leave because she loved the beach there. She was such a fun little traveler. She loved flying and got to go on her first boat ride. We took a day trip to a little secluded island where we had lunch, snorkeled and hiked in a pirates cave. She loved it all and so did we!

When we got back we decorated for Christmas and have started to attend holiday parties. We have a couple more parties to attend and lots of shopping to finish up. Emilia is really excited about Santa coming to visit this year. Joe took her to the library this past weekend to see Santa and they had stopped giving out tickets when they got there so he ran her over to the mall to see him. She was so funny telling him what she wanted and had the biggest smile on her face the whole time. Then she asked us if the Santa at the mall was a real Santa? We kind of froze and looked at each other, telling her of course he's real. Then she asked if she could pull on his beard. Joe later figured out that she has seen parts of the movie Elf and the guy pulls off Santa's beard and tells him that he is not the "real" Santa. It's amazing how observant she is these days.

We are so thankful for all of the wonderful people in our lives and gifts we have been given this year. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

All our love,

Les, Joe and Emilia
